CHATEAU'S BRIDES PLEASE READ

All I can express is a breath of fresh air. I spoke to my BM Thomas and he made me feel so much better. He explained the situation in detail so much that it gave me a inside view of the staff and the way things are done. Tom called me back minutes after he got word that I had concerns and made me smile by the end of the conversation. I can only tell you that no day is perfect neither is the facility, mistakes and problems do occur. Your job is to communicate with your hall and establish confidence in them. Also keep in mind that the bride that did post this is not getting married their. Stories do have a way of changing once they hit the outside. Brides talk to your BM it's not worth losing sleep like I did.
