Chayeau La Mer- any thoughts

We are going to look at it- I really want something on the water. What does everyone think of it?

We loved it! It is beautiful - they are pretty much renovating everything - and Nick, our banquet manager is great!

I have been to 2 weddings there and they were both beautiful.

MY FH's mom had her wedding there, and he said it was one of the best weddings he's ever been too. The place was beautiful,a nd the food was excellent. GOOD lUCK

Not being from around here, I only recently realized where this place was. I went to a wedding there in 2000, and it was beautiful. ESPECIALLY the ceremony on the water. I don't think I'll ever forget it!

The food was excellent as well, and everyone had a lovely time.

I love Chateau La Mer it is beautiful the food is great and Nick and George really treat us well Check it out definitely you wont be dissappointed :)

We had our engagement party there and everything was above and beyond our expectations. Plus their prices were very reasonable! FM me if you want more info!

When we went there about 2 weeks ago, the place was in shambles. The wallpaper was falling off in one spot, it looked like a door handle was missing as well. The view is very pretty, but IMO doesn't make up for the run down condition of the place, and the very 80's blue colors of the cocktail room.

i LOVE THE PLACE, We are booked there in Sept 2004. The managers are great, and the food taste excellent. As far as what cecilmack said, I have no idea what she is talking about. We booked there in August and the place looked great, and since then, they have done plenty of renovations and now the place looks magnificent. Maybe she went there when contractors and people were working on it, I have no idea. But the place is great, especially if you are looking for a place on the water. I highly recommend it.
