Did anyone recently hear that you can have whatever florist you want now!!! i may go and look at some cheaper florists!! pedestals only has $200 of my money so if i find something that is considerably cheaper i may switch.

where did u hear that from?
when we got married there in april, they made a HUGE deal out of us using an outside florist. but i still got to use an my own florist (one of my good friends). they just had to get approval ahead of time for 'insurance purposes'

My FH just Spoke to my BM. They just changed the preferred vendor list which my florist isn't even on anymore. and you don't have to use there vendors.

I'm using Flowers by Brian and am happy with them.. but whats up with CHCC changing things now!?
In different news.. are you girls using the seating cards that they provide, and table #s?

No, I am not using the place cards or the table numbers they give out. I am in the process of thinking how I can make the menus look nice. If I can;t do anything with those I wont use those either

I am probably going to use pedestals also. My bn basically told me to use them. I figure since they were a preferred vendor it wont br an issue bc anyone besides my bm wouldn't know exactly when I booked

To continue the side train...nope. I plan on making seating cards, and we just finished making our table number last weekend! (pics in DIY).

Oh my gosh I LOVE your table #s! How did you do them? I believe they do provide a menu.. its just simple.
