CHCC Room Dilemma...

I love the Plaza room, but I have a huge family, so we have roughly 300 people coming (28 tables), and the room can hold 360. But now I'm having second thoughts and I think that I should maybe switch to the Ballroom, but I really don't like the Ballroom that much. Do you guys think it's going to be too congested with that many people in the Plaza room? I mean when we do our entrance, I really don't want to be maneuvering around tables just to get to the dance floor and our table...and where would they set up the bars and the venetian hour!
I know I'm probably overthinking things, but if I want to switch rooms, I need to do it now before the other one gets booked up!

hmm 300 seems kinda tight for that room and i think you're right about the VH

maybe they have pictures of where the tables go when they have it set for that many? id ask your BM

also, maybe you could do your CH in the Plaza instead?

also, how do you know you'll have 300 coming so far in advance? i mean, we all have a good idea of who will come, but sometimes things happen and our numbers deviate greatly over time
