Re: cheap honeymoon destinations
we are staying at Aventura spa palance in riveria maya MX, for 9 days. with airfare it totaled around $4k. lots of brides on here have stayed there too. do a search.. there are a few pics in my album too.
Adventura spa is nice Also check out the Dominical Republic.
I say at the paradius punta cana every year. We're going February week (teacher week) for $4,000 all inclusive for the two of us.
If you want even cheaper, check out some other hotels in Punta Cana or Puerto Plata is even cheaper. I know people who have stayed from $700 pp - $1,000 pp all inclusive over there for a week.
It is still one of the cheapest islands to go to and Punta Cana is beautiful.

We are staying at Excellence Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for 9nights/10 days for just under 4K. It is all inclusive and adults only. Good luck!

We are staying in Aruba, (not all inclusive but adults only), for just under 4,000. We used our Costco membership, saved us over 1,000 dollars. If you have a costco card you get great discounts, better than the travel agent offers.

Re: cheap honeymoon destinations
The only thing that i dont like aboutsandals is that you have to upgrade to a high room category to get to eat at all the restaurants and to get room service. My friend just went to the one in St.Lucia and was unable to eat at some of the rest. bc of her room category. that would piss me off

I've heard that Punta Cana in the DR is very nice and affordable. IDK if you'll get 2 weeks all inclusive for that price though.

I can give you the name of my travel agent if you FM me but honestly, most of these places you can do yourself through expedia or orbitz and you might get a better price. My trip to the DR in February was cheaper doing it myself. My travel agent couldn't get me the same price.
