cheap NON-throwing things

suggestions please?

we're not allowed to have anything thrown at us or released as we exit the church.. I had wanted to do ribbons.. but i'm thinking they might be too expensive.

so does anyone have any other ideas?

I also thought of having everyone ring little bells, but I can't find a 'bag of bells' for under $15.00 (total). I need about 75-100.

I am making ribbon wands using curling ribbon instead of satin ribbon. Planning to make 96. Ordered supplies online and with shipping it is costing me about $20. It was too expensive to buy the supplies locally.
