where are you getting married. Some RH dont charge for their house officiant.

why not get teh mayor of your town hall - i don't know how much they are because its free for us (we know our mayor) but it can't be that expensive

Check with your reception hall, sometimes they work out a deal with their 'in house' officiants.

how about the Town Clerk from the marriage license office? We used ours and it cost $75! We had SIL perform the majority of the ceremony & the town clerk made it all legal.
