I need 22 of them for table numbers. I went to target yesterday but they only had smaller ones for lower prices. I am going to today to look at a few places but i would love to know ahead of time somewhere that definitely has it for cheap. Would dollar stores have them?

What about a store like Amazing Savings? I'm not sure if they have any by you but there is one in Westchester in Hartsdale. They have lots of great frames for cheap.

Not sure what size you want, but National liquidators has bigger ones for $2 each.

Amazing savings. There is one in Forest Hills. Also I think you should be able to get them at Ikea. Also, try Tj Maxx.

I got mine at Walgreens (I think they were $1) - my mom and I had to stalk a few locations in the city to scoop up the qty we needed. They were silver but she applied this gold rub to them to give them an antique look.

What about the party good stores...Cedarhurst Paper? Oh, actually, I remember seeing them at Michael's (craft stores)!
My mother bought one to show me that she said was inexpensive from Lady Jane Crafts on Crossbay Boulevard, too! ETA: Oops, sorry this was for placecards. But, I'm sure they have bigger sized frames too!
