I found mine at national wholesale liquidators for 3.99 8x10. They had the most selection, The one I went to is on northern boulevard and 50th street. around there.
haha thats the one i would go to, right by the toys r us.

Check out your local doller stores and Walmart - they always used to have inexpensive frames.

def. dollar tree!! If not any 99cent store... even walmart usually has a couple that are a dollar.

i got mine at AC Moore. They were on sale when I bought them. I think like $3 or $3.49 each.
