i am looking for cute but cheap tote bags i can put all the girls gifts in and that maybe they can use for beach/overnight trips---- my colors are yellow so i would like them to be something that doesn't totally clash
my sister did these really cute white bags for hers years ago but i don't want to get the same bags

Maybe not in line with your color scheme, but they are cheap... I bought my girls each a duffle and a tote, but in all different colors because I didn't care. The totes are a nice size.
