I usually do quotes online from all the obvious rental cars. I can't remember who we used last but they were dirt cheap. I found a lot of discount websites online and just searched them all till I found the cheapest one! Hertz, Budget, Aivs, Dollar and Thrifty I think are all pretty cheap! Also I think you can get a triple A discount or 'entertainment card' (if you are familiar with) discount.

i agree i usually use enterprise but there are always coupons try to google any coupon codes or if you belong to AAA or any other organization, even classmates.com offers lower rates; so does BJ's and Costco

I used budget last time we went to FL. They were the cheapest I found. Check all the individual websites and expedia and them too.

definitely do NOT rent at the airport...all the times i've rented a car there was a huge premium for renting at or very close to the airport. If you go with enterprise, just book the car with a location that's outside the airport and have them pick you up!

We just got back from Florida and rented a car for a week. Some companies will give you prices online through like expedia or travelocity....but the prices can be the same if not more. I rented from Dollar.com. They were the cheapest but they also have a special deal you click on their website and it usually drops the prices every time. Go to yahoo and click on travel and car rentals....they will give you a chart to compare all of them. Then check all the individual sites. I wouldnt rent at the airport though cause you are limited with the cars and the price will be higher. Good Luck!

i usually go through orbitz. well...actually...my COMPANY does. and they are on a budget so they usually find the cheapest rentals through there.

the best rates can be gotten at alamo.com - you get unlimited miles & can pay in advance to save like 20%.. We rent cars every few months....
