Cheating

Cheating

I read a post about a magazine article wherein the ex fiance of the groom stood up at the wedding and said she still loved him and she was pregnant

If an ex called to tell you FI (or DH) cheated with her would you believe it and dump him

That would be horrible!! I wouldn't believe it right away, or at least I hope I wouldn't. I would definatly sit down and talk with my FH and see if there is any truth to it.

Unless they had some solid proof, i probably wouldn't believe it.

I wouldn't believe it unless there was solid proof and I'd still have a hard time. Either way if he admitted to it or I had solid proof he would be gone with a blink of an eye. I'd hate to do it but without trust theres nothing.

Re: Cheating

My FH only has one ex. I know next to nothing about her. He never talks about her, except to say that he wished she dumped him sooner. I don't even know her last name, and I know that his family and all of his friends hated her. . . .

But regardless, I just can't see him doing that. He's so not the type. I know everyone says that about their FH, but everyone I know says that about FH. I wouldn't go so far to say he's an angel, that sounds stupid, but I know he'd never do it- because he'd say it was wrong. Like he'd never steal. If I asked him why, he'd say, 'Because its wrong.' That's just the way he is. He wouldn't say, 'I'd never hurt my FW that way. . . ' He'd say, 'Because its wrong,'

That is not stupid at all. FI is the same way.

I dont think I would believe it unless she could tell me when, where, who what, why! And could give me some proof...but FH wouldnt do that

I'd confront my FH and see what he said but let's be honest- no one would have a reason to make something like that up. If a girl called me to tell me that, I think I'd believe her. But that would never happen!

You'd be surprised at how many women make up things like that to see if the relationship will end. I guess they plan to be the shoulder to cryon once the woman dumps the guy But that is just nuts if they ruined a relationship over a lie

FI's friend is like 65 and that has happened to him a few times!!!! Granted, he did meet his current wife at his job and he had been married to someone else at the job previously so it was plausible I suppose. His wife did not believe it - and come to find out it was not true. Some women are just catty and hateful.
