so I bought my shower dress... well actually FH bought it for me.
We had a $25.00 g/c that we got at our eparty last year...
it was totally re-gifted, because the card was christmasy and our eparty was in feb.
well I go to use it and theres... $8.68 on it![]()

so FH paid the balance (which was like $75+) and said it was my birthday gift (ps- my birthday was in april, but we got into a tiff last night that he never got me a gift)
sooooo. yay..
we come home after the mall and I walk in and my mother asks whats in the bag, I told her my shower dress.. and she goes 'dress???![]()
i thought we were wearing shorts and tanks?' ![]()
I yelled- 'if you think i'm showing up to my shower in shorts and a tank your dumb and i'll seriously walk out and be pisssed!' she just ignored me... then looked at my dress and said its nice (her and FH think it might be 'too fancy' but its really not) and it kinda has a similar look to FMILs dress for the wedding...

ohhh and FH and I were talking about the reggy.. and I told him I'm gonna stalk it.. he told me I'm NOT allowed to go on bed bath and beyond because he doesn't want me to know what i got (um hi, I made the damn thing, I think i know what I'm getting...![]()
but he still doesn't want me checking.. so I can't stalk (but you ladies can for me ![]()
