I got so much done yesterday!!!
I got my veil at Barrons in Tri County. OBSESSED!!! I got a cathedral veil with beading along the trim and a blusher for $315. My bridal salon wanted $1200 for the veil minus the blusher. SCORE!
I dropped off my grandmothers wedding band to Sam at Diamond Roof Jewelers to have it sized, dipped in white gold and mended a bit. It'll be ready in 2 weeks!!! Way far in advance but I seriously can't wait to see it!!
I bought my wedding shoes. I originally ordered a pair of Badgley Mischka pale pink satin heels, but when they came, the color was more of a peach and they were anything BUT comfortable. So I returned them and have been on the hunt for shoes since. Yesterday, given the money I saved on a veil and the insane price I got on the wedding band, I splurged (majorly) and bought a pair of GORGEOUS Jimmy Choos. I'm still on the fence about keeping them because they were way out of the price range I was hoping to stay in, but I feel like I'll get a ton of use out of them even after the wedding. We'll see!!
