what's going on where you are now?

the winds have really started to pick up, and the rain has seemed to come to a halt for now here in n. babylon

We are having fun using shower gifts

Tonight we used....

Wine glasses, Rabbit corkscrew, china serving plates, grill pan, decanter, and new knives

Yay!

Check in from Maspeth....lots of rain and a few bolts of lightning, complete with a cowering puppy and pretzel M&Ms

Hehe magic bullet and rabbit corkscrew sound like passion party items!!! Lol Had to say it....humor is keeping me from going into a panic attack....DH is sleeping

I have to break mine in....Margaritas sound like a great place to start!!! lol

In whitestone the rain is coming down...dunno bout the wind because I have not stuck my hand outside. Still have power but stupid satellite breaks up every now and again.

But we still have cable. Taking showers now in case we have nothing tomorrow.

Still drinking heavily. Could barely stand up straight during my shower

haha, I wish I started drinking earlier!! We switched to coffee

my parking lot is virtually a lake at the moment, and it's only going tom get worse
