I think some of the best favors are practical ones...ice cream scoops, silver tongs, gravy boats. I gave out silver coaster sets...and so far, every time I have gone to one of my guests houses, I have seen them on the coffee table!!!

The salt & pepper shakers are great too, but have become very common. I got them at the last 3 weddings I went to!

I did chocolates and cakes.

I also gave classical Cds to a select few.

We did the picture frame place cards and had some engraved fro family..proud to say we went by some houses and they had a place

how could anyone hate a favor... they should just be happy they were invited to the wedding and got a little 'thank you' gift...

surprisingly i found out that i like jordan almonds......

we are doing ice cream scoopers.. if they dont eat icecream they could use it for mashed potatos, or to dig or something..

we are doing the almonds as well, but not as a 'favor' just as tradition and decoration. we are skipping favors altogether
