Check/Vendor RAVE - Distinctive Floral

I just booked Distinctive Floral today. I worked with Kris as my consultant and she is out of this world! My initial appointment was last Saturday and she spent 2 hours going to the details of the bouquets and centerpieces...down to pulling up pictures of every flower she suggested. She asked for my budget up front and showed me every option that was in my price range. I appreciated that because I knew I could choose from whatever she showed me rather than getting carried away and then having to scale back. Turns out I didn't even need to scale back! I met with 2 other popular/commonly mentioned florists on these boards and she gave me more than either of them for a good deal LESS!

If you're looking for flowers you have to check out Distinctive! Kris is there on Saturdays

Thanks ladies! I didn't realize how excited flowers would make me considering I was really looking to have something basic, but it's really helping me picture my room and the wedding!

Congrats! I'm starting my search for a florist now and having some trouble. I really need someone who is more of an event decorater since I want more candles than flowers. Does this florist work out of their home, or are they more corporate?

Thanks for the FM! I felt the same way after booking my florist. It was the first time since starting the wedding planning that I actually felt like a BRIDE. :)
