Checking in with a Quick Overall Review
Hey Girls!!!! I´ve been married:
18 Days 19 Hours
48 Minutes 28 Seconds!!!
So the wedding and honeymoon are over and I´m back in Ecuador now. By next week I should be settled in but I wanted to check in quickly for a hello and to give some quick info on my vendors. I´ll go into further detail when I do my review.
Officiant: Julissa Zambrano - excellent
Leonards - Amazing attention that day!! I was really impressed by this. I hear the cocktail hour food was great but they had an off night with the main food. Plus I was told they served the coffee way before the cake.
DJ - Parties Alive - The MC was wonderful!! I couldn´t be happier with him. DJ another story!!! Music went off when my sister/moh walked into the ceremony room, played wrong version of song for Groom/Mother song, didnt´play music we specifically requested. Overall people were still dancing but it wasn´t what we wanted. But again, the MC was amazing!!
Photographer - Lighthouse - Florio was incredible!! EVERYONE commented on how wonderful he was. (even limo drivers) He just makes you feel so comortable. I got to take a look at some of the pics and I really like them. I´ll post some soon. I cannot recommend him enough!! He is sooo sweet and so great!! He even had a friend of his come in and take some pictures as well. That was wonderful because it was another angle of some pics!!
Camelot Limo: AMAZING!! The drivers were wonderful. They even stuck around extra time for picks with the limos. They were helping me with my dress, etc. Joe even sent a strech limo at the end of the night to pick us up instead of just the SUV he was going to send and it was wonderful!! It was like he read our minds because my sister left her car at the hotel and this way her and her fh could come in as well and we could all get in the car at once!! (we also had my parents, MIL and stepdaughter with us)
Hair Makeup: Incredible. They were so sweet and did a great job on everyone!! They came to the hotel and were on time (even a little early I think) and everyone was so happy with the results.
Wildrose Video: The video guys was really laid back you could hardly tell he was there sometimes and he worked wonderfully with the photographer. You could tell he got some great angles. I can´t wait to see the video!! The only issue I have with them right now is that when I went in to sign I asked about raw footage and was told I get it when we get the video. I emailed his wife to ask if I could have it sooner and I just read her email back saying that raw footage is $100 extra. Her husband never said that. I´m going to email her back to talk to him about that and clarify and I´m going to have to try to find the contract to check it. I was so rushed that day that I didn´t really check it when he gave it to me. It was a stupid mistake I know and I really hope that they aren´t going to try to get one over on me. If they do there´s not much I can do about it now but it would definitely be a lesson learned not to trust people. But like I said I still have to email her to speak with him so hopefully they realize the situation and include it. We´ll see.
Hidden Essence: The flowers were beautiful and she is so sweet!!!! She came to drop them off personally and gave me some extra bout. in case they get damaged and gave me rose petals even though I asked for them last minute!! The only issue I had was that the colors were not exactly the ones I wanted but that was my fault because I just described them to her and never sent her an actual picture.
Keep in mind I planned the majority of this wedding in the last 3-4 weeks before the wedding so thats why I had these little slipups!!
