Checks after some slacking! What's next??

So FH and I slacked off during the summer and didn't get much of anything done, but we've been extremely productive the last few weeks. Sooooo....here's where we are!

Venue - Riviera
Photographer - Rob Shook Photography
Video - LJR Films
Florist - Tim's Florist
DJ - Then til Now
Limos - All Star Limos
Cake - Campbell's Bakery
Invitations - Wedding Paper Divas
Hotel - Huntington Hilton
Attire - David's Bridal and Men's Warehouse
Alterations - Eele Grace
Bridesmaid Dresses - Dessy
Hair & Make Up.- Halo Salon
Favors - Truffles for a Cause
Ceremony - St. Raphael's
Ireland Honeymoon - AirBnB and AerLingus

So what's next?? We still need to get the guys' tuxes, I still need to get my dress altered, order the favors, but other than that....I think we've checked almost everything off the list!

Our next big feat is figuring out our timeline. We have the ceremony at 1:15 until probably 1:45 or 2, then we have to travel back to LI for photos and then the cocktail hour and reception at 6. Any suggestions on where to take photos not too far from Riviera in Massapequa? We were thinking about changing the cocktail hour to start at 5 because there's such a big gap between the ceremony and reception.

Any other suggestions on things to do, photo locations, timeline?

You have your shoes, veil, accessories? Potential presents for the bridal party? Passports? (you never know lol)
That is a pretty big gap in between the ceremony and reception, I think 5 would be good for the cocktail hour (but that's just my opinion).
Is your St Raphael's in Queens?
