Checks - All Major Vendors

This weekend we booked our last major vendor, our florist, Pedestals. I am happy to have all of our major checks out of the way before our 1 year mark. Now all we have left are invites, favors, and the small fun stuff.

Get out! Too funny. Long story short, we did not have an appointment, but after having 2 florist appointments, decided to stop in on a whim on our way home(around 4:00-4:30ish maybe). I was with my mom. We met with Joe. I am obsessed with him! We just clicked. Everything he said I was like 'YES.' What about you?

We had a 12:00 appt w/Virgil - LOVED him. I know 2 people that are working with Joe and absolutely adore him as well. We had another appt at 1 w/a diff florist and after that appt, we went BACK to Pedestals and booked. (we were at flowers by Brian, were you? LOL) We were just so happy w/Virgil's vision and price.

No, we weren't at FBB, we were at two other florists one in Great Neck & one in Valley Stream. My mom and I are convinced everything happens for a reason, since we initially just went there to browse but they ended up sitting with us.. when I saw the centerpiece we chose sitting on the table, I was like, that's it! I just knew. I am so excited. :)

i also booked with Joe at Pedestals - went to one florist - and booked with them on the spot. He knew exactly what I was envisioning.

Congratulations! I LOVE Pedestals! I just booked with them last week. We dropped in without an appointment too and booked pretty much on the spot (I left first to 'think about it' but I ended up e-mailing Nadia to confirm as soon as I got home).
