CHEEECCCKKKK!! (and a question)

i received my something blue garter!!! and i KNOW FI is going to it!!!

as for wearing it... are you supposed to wear it from the get-go? like you wear it from the time you wear the gown? i'm just worried it'll be come itchy or the garter irritates my skin.

also, how far up are you supposed to be wearing the garter anyway?

oh... and another question - do you wear BOTH garters at the same time?

Yes...you are supposed to wear them the whole time. I'm sure you could try to slip them on at some point but it may be hard with the dress. They are supposed to be worn around your upper thigh, about an inch or two from the top. And finally...yes you wear them both at the same time, keeper at the top, throwaway at the bottom. HTH BTW...Love them!!
