Cheeky Glam saves the day!!

I cant even tell you how amazing these girls are! I was having some issues with a vendor of mine and 47 days before my wedding the girls dropped everything to contact and reach out to my problematic vendor to fix the problem.

I almost feel like I am stealing from them for how little they charge, in comparison to how much they do for me!

If you dont have a DOC yet - please do yourself a favor and call them - i would be SCREWED without them!

That's sounds like a good price if they do a lot, for 2 people and the entire day.

I never understood what DOCs do though exactly. Do they just hand out your checks to the vendors? Do they set up and act as florists if you DIY them? Is it pre-contacting vendors and that sort of thing to keep tabs on your vendors? Do they come up with the design/theme of your wedding? Do they do anything more?

I might forgo my dream scary ankle breaking shoes for this to relieve stress. Although I usually like to take care of things myself to get things done the way I want them done! I'm usually with the thought that if you want things done right/properly, the way you want them done, then do it yourself. But the wedding may be too much at once, can I let go of the reins? I'm not sure.

This is what they do:

-Unlimited contact from the moment you contract us via telephone/email
-Up to 10 hours of coverage with 2 Cheeky Glam planners on your special day
-Two face to face meetings prior to your event (1 meeting on a date of your choice and 1 meeting the week of your event)
- Custom time-line, tipping guide and checklist for the day of the wedding (copies of timeline will be distributed to all of your vendors)
-Review of all preexisting or new contracts
-Confirmation with all vendors the week of the event
-Assistance with your guest list, seating chart and RSVP's if needed
-Attend ceremony rehearsal
-Coordinate bridal party entrance and receiving line
-Distribution of bubbles, flower petals, programs and/or any other items you would like your guests to have
-Check Bride & Groom into wedding night hotel
-Deliver OOT bags/boxes to hotel (if needed)
- Inspection of venue layout and set-up
-Execute the placement of all details such as place cards, menus, favors, etc.
-Coordinate reception timeline (entrance, dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
- Guest assistance- special attention to any special needs or requests from your guests
- Final payment and gratuity distribution to all vendors
- Provide bridal 'emergency kit'
- Collection of all of the bride's items at the end of the event

This doesnt even sum up part of the relief i have received from them! i would give my left arm to have them at my wedding!

i am trying to determine on if I would need a DOC. I'm a bit of a control freak so I don't know but on the other hand they seem like they would make my feel more at ease.

that's how i feel, too - i can deal with all of the things they offer BUT i am kind of interested simply because i'll have mainly DIY things that will need to be gathered at the end of the night
