Re: cheesy or cool
As the other 15th & West girl on here, I think that you are putting the basket in a great location in the place because by putting it in that hallway your guests will view the can coolers as a keepsake and not the favor. It'll be cute!

Re: cheesy or cool
thanks sasha! Also, I found them on the web, at a totally non bridal website - www.moresales.com - they are 1.75 for 100 or more, 1.65 for 250 or more, with the personalization - plus a 30$ printing charge, and that includes tax. I will post a pic when I get them!

Re: cheesy or cool
thanks again for the votes! I did decide on them though, so if you convince me they're cheesy I am out of luck!

Re: cheesy or cool
I think if it is a cute keepsake then it is cute idea. But honestly you need to do what is best for your budget and guests. I actually use a coolie everyday at work for my water bottle so I love the idea. But it isn't elegant. Sometimes those 'elegant' favors are just dust collectors anyway.

Re: cheesy or cool
JPS-This is JMO but I would really reconsider the coolie idea. For a backyard celebration, or a big birthday bash it would be adorable, for a wedding I think it just seems tacky. It is certainly not classy and not elegant. I can only see it working if the wedding is in a bar.
Please remember this is JMO and of course there are different strokes for different folks!
All the best in your planning.

Re: cheesy or cool
OK - I REEALLY APPRECICATE ALL THE OPINIONS!! BUT the coolie things are already ordered, so telling me how cheesy they are at this point doesn't help!! (see the response above!)I did ask and I do appreciate the responses, at this point the negative ones are just making me sad! thanks!
