Chelsea Mansion!

Hi All!

I'm interested in Chelsea Mansion but was hoping to get some prelim info before calling. Do any of you know min/max info. for INDOOR receptions there? Also, the site fee? I may have read somewhere that it is between 3-4k. but that could have been another site. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
