Cherish your men....

I was just lurking on LIfamilies, and this girl wrote this post saying it's been a year since she lost her husband...and from what I read it seems like she wasn't with him for too long after they got married, it seems like they were only married for a year or two... It just made me realize how lucky I am to have FH...I don't know what I would do if FH was gone.. ...girls, never forget to realize how lucky you are to have such a great man in ur life..

yup, it's so easy to do that....especially when wedding planning gets stressful, and he chooses to disagree with the things you want to do just to spite you like my FH

You are so right. I was thinking about that last night. That is one of my fears, That as soon as FH an I get married that something is going to happen to him.

We just have to have faith and know that God knows what he is doing and he is in control of everything.

This is one of my fears right now!!!

FH is in the Marine Corps and will be stationed over in Japan this July and for a WHOLE YEAR!! But he will deploy from Japan to the Phillipens, Austria, Iraq, Afganistan

so I am very very very worried and nervous for when he goes...and he hasnt even left yet! I just dread receiving that letter in the mail from him telling me how he felt and omgi am sitting here at work almost crying as i write this because i cant even think about it...I dont want to and never want to have too!! I cerish FH unbelieveably and prob even more because of our situation. We dont get to see each other very often at all with him being stationed in San Diego right now. But it def makes our relationship stronger!!

And...it stinks too because he has had some friends die over in Iraq who are married and had children and they are young like 22-29 and ughh I couldnt even think about how they feel loosing their husbands at such a young age and so quickly without beign able to say goodbye

Definately makes you realize that things can happen to anyone and to cherish what you have.

I love FH so much and really don't know what I would do without him by my side!

couldn't agree more!

my DH is a cop and every single day, even though he leaves for work by about 6a.m. (i don't get up till 8) he wakes me up real quick, and says 'Baby I love you, have a good day' and i say the same back. I told him no matter what time it is, I want to make sure that I tell him I love him before he goes to work.....cause you just never know what might be in store for him that day.

I cherish every moment I have with my man!
