Cutlets - are they really fattening even if you bake them in the oven?

Nope - just coating the bottom of the pan with oil.

it all depends on the amount of oil....I still like to use the pan since I can see whats going on...but I really only use a drizzle of oil... (make sure to drizzle the tops too so that the breading crisps up a little)
