Chicken

I'm looking for a good recipes for a whole chicken roast, and even recipes for chicken parts. Crockpot, or even in the oven!
I need to try different ways to make chicken. I'm getting sooo bored with the same recipes.

I have a few chicken recipes I really like,

1. Chicken with Creammy Mushroom Sauce.
Brown some chicken cutlets (I usually cut them in bite size pieces) until 90% done. Add 1 can of Cambels Cream of Mushroom soup (any variety- reg/low fat or even garlic COM) and 1 can of water. Serve over rice. Its very tasty and plain on sensitive tummies.

2. Put chicken cutlets in a baking dish (glass) and cover with Italian dressing (low fat or regular) and bake. Another tasty one, not as plain for the tummy. Please, do not use Ceasar dressing with this one- it just comes out wierd.

3. Chicken and Artichoke Hearts with Sundried Tomatoes.

Cook chicken breasts (cut up).

Add 1 can (~14 oz) artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and 1/2 can black olives. Searve over rice.

TIPS: Use either marinated artichokes or marinated sundried tomatoes. Put about 1/2 the juice of the marainade in the chicken. Rehydrate the tomatoes a little in hot water.
