I am not too thrilled with the selection of chicken dishes my RH has for the sit down dinner - what chicken dishes are you serving so I can get some more ideas (they said they can make us whatever we want)...THANKS!

chiken duxxel, it is chicken breast in a mushroom sauce in a pastry, like filo dough. I love filo dough!

We had Stuffed chicken breast w/ roasted eggplant, sun dried tomatos and mozzarella. It was so delish! My guests loved it and not one complaint. Good luck!

Not something we’re having, but something I just ate last weekend in a restaurant: Macadamia Crusted Chicken. Delicious! It was a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, so there’s probably a recipe floating around somewhere.
