Chicken tenders receipe.....
Okay chicken tenders were on sale so I made them . They came out soooooo good, DH is still talking about them this morning. LOL!!!
chicken tenders cleaned and rinsed in cold water
Mayo
smushed up ritz crackers
some seasame seeds
2-3 t. of grated cheese
seasoned bread crumbs
Put bread crumbs, ritz cracker crumbs, sesame seeds, grated cheese, and bread crumbs in bowl and mix together.
Take chicken tender and lightly coat with mayo, then take the tender and oput in bread crumb mixture. Coat well.
Put in cookie sheet and bake at 350 until brown on one side and then turn and do the other side.
ENJOY!
We had this with salad and rice pilaf.![]()
