ok so you know how they say, I hope you're blessed w a child just like you..when you were a brat?
I was a bad kid. I'm sure that doesn't surprise you lol FH was too! His nickname is nonyo...crybaby...and they still call him that. lol
I was suspended 7 times in 1st grade. once for telling the kids they were going the wrong way during a fire drill.
I just posted something my mom told me..I'm posting it again bc it applies here.
anyone else a bad kid? lol
from my Mom:
'when you were 2, your dad took you to a car wash. you locked him out of the car and went through the car wash by yourself. when the car was done...you wouldn't open the door and ate an entire bottle of vitamins including the stay fresh thing in the bottle. Your father was fuming and you laughed at him and still refused to open the door. Someone used a slim jim to open the door and we called poison control. you were such a brat!'

lol that's hilarious! I was a baby pill popper too! I ate a whole bottle of baby aspirin when I was two because I watched my brother get some (he had a headache) and I thought it was candy. My mom had to walk miles (this was in korea) to a doctor with me on her back and telling me 'don't fall asleep or you're going to die.'

I was a really mischievous child. You name it...I did it. I had an obsession with scissors, cut the LEGS off my dads jeans. I also cut my parents comforter up. I drank a cup of bleach my mom was using to clean the kitchen with (and proceeded to the hospital ). I refused to sit in my car seat and my mom got pulled over because her child was hanging out of the window like a lunatic.
A few years ago, my cousin was killed by a drunk driver. His mother and my uncle has split when I was a little baby, so that was the first time I had seen her since I was an infant. She came up to me and was like 'Oh I remember you. Eddie used to talk about you all the time. You were the big brat of the family.'
My family says I'm gonna get it back BAD when I have kids. My only saving grace was that my FH was a little angel. Thank goodness.

My father has terrible road rage. So everytime he's in the car he honks the horn and calls someone an a**hole. When I was 2 i was in the car with my parents and my parents friends. So my dad is driving and of course someone must have done something he didnt like so he honks the horn and i scream out nashhole. My parents and their friends were cracking up!

Re: childhood spinoff
I have to say I was a pretty good kid overall. I was a sweet angel in school and teachers loved me
That also meant I got away with alot of things.
when I was in the second grade, a few of the fifth graders were our 'monitors' during recess. Sort of like practice babysitters.
Well my friends and I didn't like our monitor rachael so I went to my teacher and said that rachel called us a bad word. my teacher asked what word and I proceeded to spell it out.
B-E-A-C-H. LOL
My teacher goes 'a what?'
B-E-A-C-H
My teacher looks confused and I yell exasperatedly, 'a B ITCH!'
AHAHAHAA
My teacher asked my friend to confirm my story (which she did even though it wasn't true) and the girl was no longer our monitor.

For the most part I was a good kid, I used to take things and hide them and say I didnt know where they went...
In Kindergarten this boy took a red marker from me that I was using so I got up took my lunchbox and hit him across the face with it!!! Mom got a call from the teacher that day
I used to take my sisters Barbies and rip their heads off cause she wouldnt ever let me play with them hahaha!

Yea, Dennis had nothing on me. Seriously, this was all just the tip of the ice burg. I went to the hospital twice because I used to stick rocks up my nose and they would get stuck. I punched a little boy out in my pre-school because he tried to kiss my best friend. I used to 'dye my hair' like mommy with the finger paints in class.

Re: childhood spinoff
my mom always tells the story about when my brother had his arm dislocated from his shoulder and we were all waiting in the doctors office. She said after my brother was crying for like an hour, she finally got him to calm down. I then turned to him and said 'don't worry, they will just cut it off!' As you can imagine, that was all he needed to hear and he started crying again!!!!! I guess you could say I liked to stir things up!!!!!!!

These stories are great! I was a pretty good kid actually, but I was super clingy to my mom. And I used to whine to get me way lol.

Re: childhood spinoff
I was a pretty good kid, my parents always say so. Never really gave them any trouble.
One story they always tell me was that when I was 2 my mom had the car running in the driveway and put me in it. I then proceeded to lock the doors on her. My mom was frantic. She begged and pleaded with me to open the door. I just smiled and laughed. She then pulled out a lollypop to get me to open the door. She said that I then went into my pocket and pulled out my OWN lollypop and held it up and smiled.
My mom called my dad freaked out about my being in a running car in the driveway. He comes racing home from work. While driving like a maniac he gets pulled over. He tells the officer 'my wife just called and told my that my 2 year old daughter has locked herself in a running car.' The officer basically said he'd never heard that one before and let him be on his way. Dad got there and jimmied the car open.
Good times.

Haha these stories are great!
I think I was a pretty good kid, except for the one time my grandparents brought home two coats for my brother and me and my brother's had cool lights on it and mine didn't. I proceeded to throw a temper tantrum which I am still reminded about all the time
Hello! I don't even remember that occuring! Anyway, everyone admits that they would have been pretty pissed too!
However, my FH was a TOTAL terror. His mom always tells him, 'I hope you're kid is as bad as you were.' And then says to me, 'sorry, Christa. But I really do wish that.'
Like he's going to be the one taking care of them!

Re: childhood spinoff
I wasn't terrible, i was a pretty good kid....however..
my little sister and I fought like crazy.
i once got so annoyed i swung her round and round and let her go, she stumbled right into the window sill and knocked out her tooth (thank god is was a baby tooth)
then we would fight and i'd smack her
when she started to cry, I would claw my own arms and
leave red scratch marks.
when my mom came to see what happen, i show her the
marks on my arms (and some time neck) and plead
self-defense. LOL she couldnt make heads or tails or it,
so she would just tell us both to cut it out

haha this reminds me of when my sister and I were 'babysitting' my neice
we were NOT allowed in the newly redone living room
well we got a radio and hung out in there anyway
my niece (who was four) sat on the glass living room
coffee table and it broke in half shattering.
THANK GOD she was ok, but now we were all in
trouble.
so we concocted a tail saying my
the door bell rang and my niece ran to the living to answer the door, tripped and smacked the coffee table and made it break.
So we patiently waited for my parents and sister to return...
BUT FOR EFFECT - when we saw the car pull up in f
front of the house. my sister and I surrounded my
niece and purposely worked my neice into hysterical
tears saying 'ohh your in so much trouble, theya re
gonna be mad at you, they will send you away for
breaking the table, your gonna be an orphan'
it worked, she was bawling in hysterics. making it seem like she had gotten scared when she 'tripped and fell'
No one got in trouble my sister and I smugly kept the secret for 3 yrs LOL
