Do you think anybody will notice if I alternate 2 different China patterns at the reception? I'm guessing no, as long as they are not too drastically different...and if they compliment each other...then it's a win win right?

I think it will look very nice!!! If you are concerned, you could make every other table have a different pattern. But i think every other setting would like nice too!

Mix it up !! Sounds really cool - I have been collecting colored glass (red, green, blue) for years to someday set out w/ our china. Great idea !

I know that one pattern is white with filigree...but no color. I'm not sure what the other looks like yet, but even if it has flowers or color, it should be ok...
