no seating chart. I think we get that a month before the wedding.

We did however remember how the room is set up for a wedding and drew a chart of our own to just get an idea and a head start on seating arrangements. We'll need all this time to get it in order

i remember the room look.. rectangular tables.. slanted.. bridal party on one side dj on the opposite..
not sure how the layout would work best..

We have it on videotape

When we went the first time we videotaped it so we would remember the hall and the room. It was set up for a wedding.

When we went back to sign the contract, my dad came with us and our room was set up for a sweet 16. I think we have that on video.

I think I am going to have to watch the tape tomorrow.

my FI says he wants to be involved in the seating(so i will make one up.. then show it to him)...
how close are you putting people to the dj??

one of our friends is doing it for free... his wife will be there.. and 2 tables of friends that he is friends with.. should 1 table go on each side, or both tables next to each other?
