Re: chocolate fountains....

Hmmm, I have a question. I know the price is per person, but what if you say a lower # to pay less? Ok, my minimum is 175 (times $5pp is $875 before tax ). If I say it's for 100-125 people, is that bad? Taking into consideration that I'd want it at dessert time, when we will already have cake and a dessert (included by the hall).

Thanks!

We are getting the chocolate fountain through the Fox Hollow..We were able to book it with this year's price ($600), good thing since it is going to become very popular.

Re: chocolate fountains....

I saw the chocolate fountain at Oheka last month and boy was that cool. I could have dipped chocolate all night. The line was out the door! A huge hit. We are not getting one though

I even took a pic of it...lol. People in back of me waiting must have been pissed.

Re: chocolate fountains....

i definitely want to have one but since my hall doesn't provide i have to search on my own. kinda having a hard time. i only found 1 place to rent from and the rental(includes set up and an attendant) is 570.00 + 2.50 - 3.50 for dipping items. what dipping items do you guys suggest?

At Oheka they had pretzels, strawberries, pineapples, kiwis and marshmellows.

I got mine from Audrey's too. I don't think your hall would let you get it for a lower number than your minimum if you negotiate it through them--it would reflect poorly on them if they run out of food after 1/2 hour. I think it was the hit of my wedding--everyone loved it! Definitely something different which many had not seen before.
