omg.. this is weak spot. poor little guy!! I wish i could take him myself..but with 2 big dogs and 4 cats already i wouldnt be able to.. but if u get a pic i will pass it around.. i always get asked about dogs!!!!!

omg.. i hope one of them takes him for the time being till he finds a home.. my heart goes out to pets whose families seperate... i mean kids can express then sorrow and people are more in tune with children, these poor furbabies i hope he finds a home soon..

If DH would go for it I definitely would but I know there is no way he will want a dog We already have 2 cats also... Good luck though.. .I'll ask around w/ the other teachers at my school!

Ohh this is so heartbreaking. I hope they find him a good home. This happens soo much its shocking, I can't understand it. I went to an adoption day in Westchester and I would say 95% of the pets there were b/c their Mommies+Daddies got a divorce soo sad!!!

A little update for everyone.
My parents and our family dog, Charlie, met Sam Monday night. Sam is now with my parents, sister and Charlie. It is slow going as Charlie has been an only dog for more than a year but my parents are working to make Sam comfortable and are guiding Charlie to accept Sam in the house.
I will be meeting Sam on Thursday when I visit.
I just wanted to let everyone know that Sam has a new home and will be well-taken care of.

I spoke to my mom this morning and she said that Sam is meant to be with them. I'm so happy that they could help!
