Choosing a Photographer- HELPP

so i am down to two photographers, one i LOVEEEE but hes a bit out of where i wanted my price range to be, and he doesnt do video, i solved that problem and found videographers that were good, and prices were good, hes more expensive then where i wanted to be, but he takes such amazing pictures that now i feel like i will be settling if i dont choose him

we met with another photographer, ill leave his name off since hes on here, i just, his pictures were good, they are, he, i dont wanna say pushy, but he called me like 3 times in a week to see if i was going to come back in with my FH ( he had the flu when i went). i like his pictures, he does video, his package price was good, where i wanted to be.

i just cant deciede if ill be making a mistake by not picking the photographer i know deep down i have to have, i know the other guy takes great pictures, but Michael Oneills photos are amazinggg ( check him out if you havent found a photographer yet, my god hes works awesome!!)
so were going back ot meet with Michael tommorow, after meeting videographers, to see if he can come down on his price a bit so that i can book him.

i just dont know what to do, do i cut my budget here and go with the cheaper guy thats good, or go with the one i loveeee and break the bank a bit?

is photo and video the place to cut corners?

ughhh, help please!! i cant deciede at alll

Personally, I'd rather go with the photographer I really love. What else will you have after your wedding besides your photos and videos?

photography is SOOOO SOOOO impt to me, so I'd say break the bank a bit and go with the one you love!!! Although I also think its impt to stay in budget and I'm trying to do that myself, I just feel like this is your wedding day - a once in a lifetime event! Try to negotiate with the photog you really want, I think most vendors are willing to come down a little.. .

Photographer & Videographer are very important on your wedding day. Think about it....When you looked back three four years from now, the only thing you can cherish is by looking at those amazing photos on your wedding day and watching the video.

I feel that these two things are not something that you can cut corners with. If you truly love the pics of a photographer, you should def. go with that person ! First instinct are always the best instinct to me ! Pay more on this and cut back on other expenses like favors, personalized things and etc.

This is NOT the place to cut corners...when everything is said and done, all you will have left of your day are your photos and your video!!! GO WITH YOUR GUT!!!!

I wasn't very thorough when choosing a photographer for my wedding and now I am paying for it. Go with the one you truly love

I totally agree with Vivian! Pay more....and don't cut back. You don't want to make a bad decision. Out of everything you spend on for your wedding , You will have these thing forever.

Amanda Picone has some awesome work. She is very reasonable. You can check her out and compare. She is the photographer for TWOTY.

Couped Up Productions has great videos too. If you are looking to cut costs on video, he has great prices but his prices will change ...I think at the start of the new year. He is a vendor on here. www.coupedup.com
