Does anyone have suggestions on how much to give for a Christening gift? It is for my very close friend's son. He (the dad) was in my wedding party and is like a brother to me.

$100ish.. but don't do a bond.. the interest rates are so awful on them. See if the parents started a 529 college savings plan for the baby, it would be fantastic to contribute to that!
