christies in bay terrace

Oooo what happened? I have used them before, for hair and make up. The make up girls I LOVED they were so sweet and did a great job. Although one hair person made such a sarcastic remark to me, it was rude. Ive never gone there for cut or color, just twice for occasions, one time to curl it and another time just for blow dry

I just had cut my hair and didnt have my regular person do it, she was out that day so i used somebody else, and this other person messed it up, it wasnt straight at all, and went in and out alot(not done at christies but a place in the city) but when i was a bm in my friends wedding i went to christies for make up and my hair was real real short so just asked for them to blow it out and style a bit thats all. WELL i start to tell the girl that my hair goes in and out a lot and its annoying, before she let me finish, she goes 'it's not that serious' and rolling her eyes about it, she realized after i guess how nasty she got and tried to be nice. It was stupid of her bc the whole point of me saying it was bc i was gonna ask her to cut it for me. So instead of me paying just for a blow dry, she would've had extra money for the cut too if she wasn't rude. I was saying it normally not like i was freaking about it.

i didnt seem angry cuz i dont like causing a scene.. but i guess some1 saw something that was done to me and the way i was spoken to that was no bueno.. i even left 25% tip so its not like i was rude or showed much emotion

I have to say Lisa the make up artist was awesome and so sweet. And like i said ive had hair done just twice there, first time the lady i used was nice but the 2nd time she really pissed me off. Ive heard the colorists are rude many times and a few others, so its not the first ive heard this.

oh no was it Lisa you had the problem with lol you can fm me if you want to say what happened. The first time i went i used tabitha and she was very nice, and 2nd time i used lisa, i only used her once and she was real nice to me, but everyone does have different experiences. So sorry if something happened, but if they asked you how the service was then i would let them know.

Allright y'all are freaking me out and my sister just spent a lot of money there for deposits for our hair and make-up for her wedding.

I get my hair cut and colored by someone there who I happen to really like.....trust me though I had to go through like 5 people to find her!

maybe it was an off day for a mua to leave a clump of mascara in my eye and then tell me to leave it and it will disolve on its own. then tell me to be careful not to mess up my eye cuz she doesnt feel like redoing my eye make up. as i went to the bathroom to take it out
