Hi- I know you're a fellow Stewart Manor bride, and I have a question that someone asked me. When we booked in July, we met with Frank. But I've heard that Frank is no longer there (I think the new contact person is Bruce or something like that). Anyway, it doesn't say in my contract if valet is included...do you know if it is? And is it written in your contract? Thanks so much in advance...

You're right, Frank is no longer with SMCC and Bruce is the new manager. He used to work there a couple of years ago and has returned so his familiar with the business and the facility! We got valet parking included, Frank wrote it on our contract.

I'm going to call them today - it's not written in my contract and I specifically asked Frank about it (who was a very laid back person, which made me relaxed, but I guess a little too laid back as well, and I didn't check to make sure it was written in)...I want to make sure that still stands...wish me luck! I know what you mean about Frank, very laid back. I don't like the flowers they provide and I plan to change them. I am not sure if we are going to do it through the house florist or use someone else and every time I asked I got a different answer on the amount of the credit or who to talk to. Like a dope, I didn't get it in writing so now I'll have to see what happens. Good luck with the valet parking !
