I'm going to register for my bridal shower early next year. I'm not going to register for fine china because I don't think I will get much use of it. However, I have always wanted a nice set of christmas china! Does anyone know how it works since I will be registering after the holidays. I looked on Macys website and it doesn't look like they offer christmas china during the year. Should I register around this christmas for it?
If it's only available seasonally, it might not be available in time for your shower. That's something to think about. Unless it can be ordered online at any time...Def register for them this Christmas season, and make sure your guests can buy it at anytime.
I am currently registered for spode christmas dishes through macys. some of it is available now. I plan to update it closer to christmas with more. I also plan on asking for it for christmas this year from my family.
Or people can get you gifts cards to cover the price of them for when they are available

There is a site that is called http://www.giftregistry360.com they may have the items you are looking for on there. I have some of my everyday dinnerware on there because some items aren't available through the stores I registered at.
