This is my first Christmas in a doorman building. What gift($) do you give the doormen and the super for the holidays?

i would give cash and i would give 100-150 to the super and 50-75 to the doorman.

My BIL is a doorman... really depends on where you live and what he does for you.

I have a super and porter...I think I am giving $150-$200 to the super and $50 to the porter.
This is my first year in the building (I moved in 2 weeks ago) but I heard giving a little on the high side can only work to your benefit.

anyone know what you do if you have multiple doormen? we have a bunch plus muliple maintanence men and its going to be
ETA: i have heard $100 to head DM & $75 to super & $50 to ea DM & $25 to ea maintenance person - does this sound right?

We have multiple doormen too. The one who's on duty weeknights I love and see every night. Many of the others I see sporadically or never. I'm thinking of giving him $100-150 and the others $25-50 depending on how well I know them. We just have one super so I'm thinking $100-150 to him too. I don't want to break the bank, but I also don't want to be known as the cheap-o in the building.
