Christmas Themed Martinis

I'm having a martini bar at my CH and reception and I get to do 3 different martinis (I think its 3). I want to do Christmas themed ones.....so far I'm thinking candy cane, sugar plum, and possibly eggnog or s'mores. I'm hesitant because I feel like lots of people hate eggnog and I feel like s'mores is more summery, but I found the recipe online and it sounds delish (marshmallow fluff rim with graham cracker crumbs!)

Any other ideas?
