This one is similar to what we're getting only we're having them put in tons of fiery colored fall leaves w/some green hanging amyrranthus and some sporadic red flowers.

I don't think it's offensive. Besides, LOTS of ppl get married under canopies, and floral arches. Chuppahs symbolize a couple's first home and I think that's a really nice sentiment for all couples. But, so long as you don't call it a 'chuppah' and just say you want a 'wedding arch' or 'canopy' I can't really see how anyone could get offended. It's not like we have a monopoly on this stuff, LOL.
