Hi ladies! Does anyone know of a florist or a place that has inexpensive chuppah rentals? My FH and I have been going to florists and they are charging us a fortune to rent a plain/standard chuppah with no flowers.
Thanks!!

Chuppah Rental - Long Island Weddings
Our florist charges $400 for chuppah rental, just basic and boring. I had her write in the contract if I find a chuppah somewhere else, I could use that $400 as a credit to decorate. Instead, we're using a pergola on our venue's property as the chuppah and now I have $400 to play around with.
I've looked everywhere for a chuppah that is nicer looking and have yet to find anything cheaper than that. If you do, PLEASE let me know!!

If I find anything cheaper, I will let you know! We were hoping to use the arch at our venue, but we don't know what will happen based on weather. I've been researching making it myself...maybe...see how ambitious I feel and what other quotes we get!

My cousin had my uncle and cousins make theirs, they bought birch branches, and put them in flower pots and covered it with a tallis. I just didn't like it because they used like cheap looking flower pots, and also, I don't necessarily want my dad or friends/family doing that the morning of my wedding.

Yeah, we were actually thinking of having a quilt made for us and attach it to poles and have friends who aren't in the bridal party hold it for us so that they are somehow involved in the wedding ceremony and then we can keep the quilt for our home.
