Do you think it would look bad if we only did pew bows and no Alter baskets???

Thats all we are doing too I think it is perfect a church altar is beautiful in itself so there isnt much needed.
We originally were going to get sqaure vases w. lillies in it to match our theme but we decided against them,

We are not doing alter decorations either. No one is going to say 'oh, look they didn't get alter flowers'. And it is money that will be saved.

We aren't doing altar decorations. We are only having decorations on the pews.

no alter decor for me i was thinking of doing something on the pews but like candels or something.

I had two very small arrangements on the altar because it was lent and we needed to take them home right away...and it is FINE, no one pays attention to that they pay attention to the ceremony!

Not at all! I don't think we are doing the alter baskets either. Everyone will be looking at you and not wondering where the flowers are!! I was even thinking of cutting out the pew bows...
