Church deposit for being on time

Were any of you ladies told that you have to leave an additional deposit to assure you are on time?

If so, did you leave it in advance or do you have to bring it with you the day of?

TIA

Yes, our church donation was $1000.00. With that included a $200.00 'late fee,' which means the church keeps it if we are more than 15 mins late. If we are on-time (which we were), we get the $200.00 back at the end of the ceremony. To answer your questoin, we had to pay the $200.00 fee up front!

No, but out priest was very firm about the importance of being on time because of 5pm mass. But we didn't have to leave more $$$.

I've heard of this, but my church doesn't require it, thank goodness!
