my priest told me he would read the gospel - so i assume he picks it
That's what I thought. Did he tell you beforehand so you could include it in your programs? Or did you just denote that there would be a gospel reading? Sorry about all the questions, I just want to do everything I need to so I can start on the programs!

Awesome! My priest is a little out there, so I know if I tried to get what reading he was planning on he'd probably tell me the wrong one anyway.

Me too... we have a little pamphlet from the 'Together for Life' book that has a place to pick out all your readings (including Gospel, welcoming prayer, responsorial psalm, etc.).

Jill, we can meet up and I'll lend you mine or whatever. We already have our stuff all picked out. It can be an early 'something borrowed' lol.

I *think* I chose everything but the gospel. I could be wrong though I havn't looked at the papers in a while
