Are you or did you write your own prayer of the faithful or did the church provide that? Cuz i know i've been to weddings where it's been 'personalized', but i dont remember them all that well!

I'm pretty sure my church provides it. You could probably do a 'Google' search if you're looking for a good one.

I think you get to chose what you want said and then get to add like 2 or 3 of your own

i think you are right about that. Especially when you are asked to pray and remember those loved ones you have lost - that is a very nice to mention your specific family members you wish to honor and pray for.
