So we have decided to get married in FH's church, after all of the grief my church gave me. Now the problem is that I need to get the baptismal paperwork from my church and the priest is giving me a hard time about it. He HUNG UP on my mother yesterday!!!!! I was in shock!! I called the dioceses and complained!!! I hope that they dont continue to give me a hard time. I just want to get married for goodness sake!!!!

WOW!!!! I called my church where I received all the sacraments, and I asked them to send the paper work to my new church so I could get married there and they took care of it - they did all the research b/c I didn't have to even provide them with an address. I gave them the phone number of my new church's office and they all took care of it for me.

The priest I from my church is just trying to make life difficult at this point. The answer my mother got from him (before he hung up on her) was 'I don't know if I have it. I would have to take a look but I dont know if I'll find it'....my response, OF COURSE YOU HAVE IT!!! Maybe its with the rest of the paperwork you LOST that we filled out 8 months ago!!!!!
