I know it has been askied, but brides getting married in the Catholic Church- what are you using for the processional and recessional music? Any ideas for unique/more modern songs (that a more 'liberal' Catholic church might allow)?
TIA!

Re: Church Music
as for the recessional, FH wants it to be 'All you need is love' by the Beatles..... as in the movie 'Love Actually'
don't know yet if our hired classical musicians will consider it an artistic compromise though....

Re: Church Music
We haven't met with the organist to go over music, so I'm not certain what they allow. I kind of like the traditional Wedding March though. There is something romantic about it to me.

I love the idea of All you Need is Love, but when we met with the organist and he played the traditional music I got all teary-eyed and decided that's what I need to use!

have a little faith in me is a great choice too!
i haven't met with the organist yet either, but i have a sneaking suspicion the traditional music will make me tear up too!
