Church music?

What songs are you doing and when?
We are having a full mass at a roman catholic church. Our music director says she will not meet with us yet, as it's too early. But I'd like to plan ahead. I picked readings, etc. but I'm unsure of where songs fit in, and what choices I have for songs. Any advice?

We only had a ceremony, so no communion music. But this was our list:
